About Jim
Jim is a photographer and Cocoa developer based in Richmond, Virginia. He graduated in 2002 from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He went on to receive his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The focus of his research was on the methods of transmission of mechanical forces through cellular membranes, though he doesn't use this research much in his daily life. He's a terrible mountain biker and a mediocre snowboarder.
